Peng Warweg serves as the Assistant Director at George Mason University’s Center for Advancing Human Machine Partnership (CAHMP), where she plays a pivotal role in coordinating diverse teams of researchers dedicated to addressing complex societal challenges through innovative and comprehensive approaches. Her responsibilities include facilitating connections between researchers and funding opportunities, fostering the formation of research teams, assisting in proposal development, and nurturing a vibrant intellectual community dedicated to research, practice, and learning.

Peng has been actively involved in various research development roles at Mason since 2014. She is also a dedicated researcher with a strong interest in organizational and communal learning theories and analytics. She has been a key contributor to multiple research and curriculum initiatives covering areas such as AI and ethics, bridging the gap between educational research and practice, and enhancing local government cybersecurity best practices.

Peng holds a master’s degree in Public Policy as well as a Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology. Furthermore, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Learning Technology and Design Research. Before embarking on her academic pursuits, Peng gained valuable experience in the public policy and financial sectors.
